When POMAR na Praia prepared to open its new location in Fuseta, the vision was clear: a slow, sun-warmed coastal retreat rooted in simplicity, nature, and ease. What wasn't in place yet was a visual and strategic foundation to translate this feeling into bookings. In October, just a few months before the opening on January 4th, 2026, the property had no confirmed bookings for its launch period. We stepped in to build the visual language, narrative, and marketing structure that would allow the place to be felt*before it was ever experienced in person.
We developed a launch strategy focused on connection over promotion. Instead of pushing availability, we positioned POMAR na Praia as a feeling: quiet mornings, soft light, and the intimacy of a place designed to slow you down while meeting like-minded people. This strategy guided every decision, from imagery to content cadence, from social posts to private messages. Two weeks before opening, POMAR na Praia was already 80% booked until March.
We identified and produced a set of visual key scenes that capture the experience of staying at POMAR na Praia: Slow mornings and quiet interiors, Outdoor moments on the private terrace and by the pool, Drone shots that place the house within its natural coastal context, Short-form videos designed for social media, focusing on atmosphere rather than performance. The result was a versatile content library for social media, newsletters, and direct communication.
Before a single image was taken, we wrote the story. For POMAR na Praia, we defined a clear visual storyline that guided the entire production. The goal wasn't to create 'beautiful photos', but a coherent narrative that unfolds naturally as someone scrolls. Each image and video was created as part of this storyline: arrival and first impressions, deep work and coastal rituals, light, movement, and moments of pause, the feeling of staying, not just visiting. This approach ensured that the content doesn't feel random or interchangeable, but connected. The result is a visual story that feels intentional, calm, and emotionally legible – allowing potential guests to experience POMAR na Praia long before they arrive.
